| TAKE DELIVERY

First we here at Mirror Finish Polishing take delivery of customer parts sent from all over the world. These customers send us their motorcycle parts, car parts, guns, etc to be Polished to a Chrome-Like Mirror finish.

| LOOK OVER ALL CUSTOMER PARTS

After taking delivery we very carefully set everything out looking over the metal to see if it has any deep scratches, surface scratches in the metal and we see if the metal is aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, brass, etc. Depending on the type of metal the buffing wheels that we pick out may be different.

| CHECK TO SEE IF CUSTOMER HAS SPECIAL REQUESTS

The customers parts are now checked over, so we look up their order and find out if they are going to need any custom modifications done to their metal polishing order. If there are any custom modifications that need to be performed now is the time to take care of those because polishing metal is a lot easier when you only have to do it once.

Cutting any unwanted protrusions off the metal prior to the rough grinding phase.

| GRINDING PHASE

Custom grinding to smooth out specific areas as requested by the customer.

| METAL SURFACING PHASES 1 & 2

Smoothing out the metal using specialized sanding equipment and progressively finer grit papers to eliminate deep scratches before the final polish.

Applying the appropriate polishing wheels suited to the specific metal type, maintaining consistent pressure, and achieving the final mirror-like shine.
